I came from a long line of trade people and was taught from young on: “If you’re not going to do it right –don’t do it at all.” We “do it right” from start to finish. I sleep well at night. I also believe that every job is a self portrait of the person who did it. We as builders take every effort to “autograph” our work with quality and craftsmanship.

ADVICE I WOULD GIVE A HOMEOWNER BEFORE BUILDING

I would have to say the best advice I would give to a homeowner would be to take your time and be selective in choosing a builder. Building a home requires a close relationship between homeowner and builder from planning stages until completion. I would suggest spending time with the prospective builder before you make your decision. Not only on the phone, but in person. Get to know each other. Tour homes he has built. Ask for references of clients you can contact. Ask for local business references and organizations such as NABA or Chamber of Commerce. Trust and capability are key factors for a successful builder/owner relationship. You must believe when all is said and done that your builder has your best interest in mind and will stay with you until the end.

Our business has been serving the Hayward area for the past 16 years. We are independently owned and operated. We build conventional or log homes, garages, additions and remodels. Though we do all types of building we tend to specialize in log homes, timber frame or conventional homes with log or timber accents. Along with our building crew we also custom saw and supply logs, timber and do quite a bit with reclaimed timber & lumber.
